The success of the Huntsville Futbol Club’s ’05 Blue I Girls squad is a direct result of a vision the club’s leadership put into place three years ago. The new pool system has created an environment that is placing an emphasis on individual player development rather than team development. The result has been growth in numbers, better player development, and success on the field, including state champions for the ’05 Blue I Girls.
