Maccabi has won the Birmingham Premier League 7v7 crown defeating Lou’s Pub 5-1 in the final game of the 2016 season. The win capped off an 8-1-2 season for Maccabi, as they nudged ahead of EBSCO on goal differential for the champion’s spot.
The BPL is now entering its second season as an ASA-sanctioned league, launched by local Birmingham adult amateur soccer players, and offers year-round 7v7 and full eleven-a-side divisions.
