Trussville United Soccer Club – Blaze 03 Red

One of the more successful girl’s teams competing for Trussville United Soccer Club, the Blaze ‘03 Red is a talented and tight-knit group of young players with a bright future ahead of them. Like many of the teams in Trussville, the Blaze ‘03 Red squad is made up of a core of girls who have been together since their U5 days, along with players from other locales, such as Springville, Pell City, Rainbow City, and Odenville. Team manager Brian Richard says the way the girls have come together has been inspiring. “We’ve got a fairly large draw for that team,” Richard says. “The main nucleus of the kids on this team have been in the same class growing up, but the bond that they’ve built is very good.”
