THE PLAYERS ON THE 07 GIRLS ELITE HAVE played together for three years, but most progressed through the club since four years old. Coach Mickey Briscoe says most in the club start playing at four years old. All that time together has helped the team play well together. “They play a passing-based game, but are very adaptable and can play lots of different styles depending on the situation of the game,” Briscoe says. “There lots of times where players will be given targets as a team to reach, as well as playing well.” The team goal is to play together and continue to develop — and they enjoy scoring lots of good team goals.
