FOLLOWING A TREND AMONG OTHER CLUBS AROUND the country, FC Dallas TRI came together through the merger of three smaller clubs in the tri-cities area of Bristol, Johnson City, and Kingsport in northern Tennessee. With a philosophy seeking to instill a love of the game and an appreciation for healthy competition, FC Dallas TRI develops the individual skills needed for each player to pursue his or her own pathway to success — success that is only possible by coming together to form one unified club. The new club decided to take on the name, christening itself FC Coy Craft with FC Dallas of MLS Dallas TRI.
