THE IMPACT SC 00G ELITE, COACHED by Alex Pama, Impact Technical Director, and assistant coach Alma Gardarsdottir, have been together since U12 with some additions at U16. With the core group together since U12, that familiarity comes in handy on the field since they are a passing, possession-style team and able to communicate well. Coach Pama says the girls are extremely close, not just on the field but off it. “They help each other with their homework, personal stuff, etc. The players all get along and are friends,” he says.
